My eight-years-old Apple Mac seemed to be on its last legs - unable to use modern browsers, so increasingly excluded from websites, and getting slower. In summary I could say merely that some years ago in the midst of my own computer problems your name was recommended to me by a highly respected friend and colleague who had found your technical support invaluable. In turn I have now never hesitated to pass on my own strong recommendation to other friends and professional colleagues for whom a reliable P.C. with reliable back-up is an essential life-line.  Such a brief summary though would not reveal a service that is invariably courteous, timely, business like, thorough and technically highly competent - p.c. faults have been few but I cannot recall any that has not been remedied with the bare minimum of 'down time'.
